Terms and Conditions

  • All products will be delivered with an invoice detailing price and image purchased.
  • All products will be delivered with a certificate of limited edition authenticity.
  • Explorelight reserve the right to increase prices in line with rising costs for materials and as specific images near the end of edition.
  • Additional charges will be incurred for delivery of some products as outlined within our ‘about the prints’ section and through our ‘pricing guide’.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • Products ordered online will only be delivered if full payment has been received through our online payment facility.
  • Changes to your order (paper type, mount colour.ect.) must be made by phone or email within five days of your order being placed. We will try and accommodate beyond this date where possible (before dispatch has occurred).
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by email or by phone (dispatch will occur 5 to 10 days after order).
  • All imagery will be printed and dispatched from Ireland. Consequently any dispute which may arise will be judged under Irish judicial jurisdiction.
  • All imagery within this website is strictly copyrighted by Explorelight limited.
  • Imagery cannot be used for any purpose without the permission of Explorelight. Failure to comply to this stipulation will result in legal action being taken against the offender.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you order. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
  • We do not give, sell or trade your personal information to others.
  • We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1988 and any other relevant secondary legislation.
  • We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
  • All financial and personal information associated with your online purchase will be handled by Realax Payments secure server. Realex are an accredited gateway facilitator and have been approved to provide this facility by established financial institutions such as Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, NatWest, Barclays, American Express, Diners, Visa and Mastercard.
  • This website does not use cookies to hold personally identifying information.
  • Technical details in connection with visits to this website are logged by our Internet service provider for statistical purposes. No information is collected that could be used by us to identify individual website visitors.

Returns Policy

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item
